Return and Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility Criteria

You can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To ensure a smooth process, please submit your request within this period. For example, if your order was delivered on January 1st, you must submit your return or exchange request no later than January 31st.
1.2 Product Condition
The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed state, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. If there are any accessories included with the clothing item, they should also be returned. For instance, if you purchased a top with a detachable belt, the belt must be returned along with the top.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
2.1 Online Request
Log in to your account on our website. Navigate to the "My Orders" section, find the relevant order, and click on the "Request Return/Exchange" button. Fill in the form with details such as the reason for the return or exchange, the specific item(s) you want to return or exchange, and your preferred option (refund, exchange for a different size/color, or store credit).

3. Shipping Costs
3.1 General Rule
In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You can choose a shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend using a service that provides tracking information. This way, you can monitor the progress of your return shipment.
3.2 Exception for Quality - Related Issues
If the item has a manufacturing defect, a quality issue, or an incorrect item was shipped to you, we will cover the return shipping costs. When submitting your return request, please provide clear photos or a detailed description of the problem.
4. Processing Your Return or Exchange
4.1 Inspection
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 5 - 7 business days. They will check if the item meets the return criteria mentioned above. If the item is in satisfactory condition, we will proceed with your refund, exchange, or store credit process.
4.2 Refund Process
If you opted for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method you used for the purchase. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Generally, it takes 3 - 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
4.3 Exchange Process
If you chose to exchange the item, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the returned item passes inspection. Please note that if the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you. We may offer you alternative options or issue a refund if you prefer.
4.4 Store Credit
If you select store credit, the amount will be added to your account on our website. You can use this store credit for future purchases at any time. There is no expiration date for the store credit.
5. Non - Returnable Items
5.1 Final Sale Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. These are usually discounted items, limited - edition pieces, or items on special promotion.
5.2 Custom - Made or Personalized Items
Since these items are made specifically according to your requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5.3 Underwear and Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.
6. Canceling an Order
6.1 Before Shipment
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can usually cancel it without any issues, and you will receive a full refund.
6.2 After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above. We will not be able to cancel the order directly, but we will assist you with the return and refund process.
